1. Who can enter

You may enter this prize draw if you are aged over 18 on the date you enter and are a resident of Great Britain, currently live in the UK and will provide a UK postal address for delivery of the prize if you win. We reserve the right to verify participants details to make sure they meet the entry criteria. Employees and associates of The Kite, Surf & SUP Co. LTD are not eligible to enter the draw. 2. How do you enter the draw?

a. You may enter the prize draw by sending your full name, email and phone number by letter or post card to the following address:

You may enter the draw online by buying tickets via the Crowd Funder Prize Draw website page entitled 'Ozone Enduro V4 Kites and Board Quiver Worth £4467', it costs £5.00 per ticket, or when you buy 4 tickets at the same time for £20.00 you will get one extra ticket free, so 5 Tickets for the price of 4 Tickets.

4. Start and end date 

The start time and date of the competition is 2.00pm GMT on 14th December 2022 and the end time and date is 2.00pm GMT on the 14th February 2023.

6. How winners will be selected and announced

The winners name will be selected at random using the Name Picker tool on the website www.commentpicker.com (or a similar random name selector tool, if this one becomes unavailable or is deemed unsuitable for any reason)

The winner will be announced by 5pm GMT on 15th February 2023

7. How prizes can be claimed, and when these will be delivered

The prize can be claimed by replying to our email or phone call advising you you have won the draw. We aim to deliver the prize by end of Feburary 2023, the prize will be ordered and delivered from the Ozone international factory in Vietnam and there is a significant lead time on inflatable kitesurfing kites at the moment. Only postage to a resident of Great Britain, who can provide a UK postal address for delivery of their prize is included in the draw. 

8. How we handle your personal data for the purposes of this Prize Draw

Purpose of processing data / legal basis:
To enter this Prize Draw you must provide us with the following personal information, which we will merely process to draw a winner and to contact you about your win. These will be retained for a maximum of 4 months and deleted afterwards:

• Full name
• E-mail address
• Phone number

The legal basis for processing the above information is the fulfilment of the prize draw terms and conditions as set out in the terms and conditions. The personal information provided by you to us in connection with this Prize Draw will be used exclusively for administering the competition. This involves:

• Verifying the identity of participants
• Entering participants into the draw
• Identifying the winner
• Notifying the winner

Recipient/ Categories of recipient:
The Kite, Surf & SUP Co. LTD will manage the Prize Draw in line with these Terms and Conditions.

Retention / criteria for deciding on retention:
The participants’ personal information collected for this Prize Draw will be kept securely and will be destroyed/anonymised no later than 4 months after the Prize Draw has been completed, the Winner announced and the prize fulfilled, except that:

• The data of the winner will be kept for the duration of the statutory warranty claim period (1 year), in order to arrange for repair or replacement in the case of a defect;
• In the case of any investigation for fraudulent activity or legal proceedings, personal data will be held until the proceedings and any related actions are completed;
• The personal information collected for the purpose of this Prize Draw shall be destroyed immediately if you discontinue your participation in the Prize Draw.

Your name, email and phone number will not be used by us, or given to third parties for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
