Moving to the UK as an immigrant was a journey filled with uncertainty, loneliness, and fear. But in the midst of that, I found more than just a place of worship — I found a family. My church became my home, a community that welcomed me with open arms and supported me through the challenges of starting over in a new country.
Together, we’ve served our local community, offering hope and kindness to others in need. But now, the place that has brought me and so many others peace and belonging is under threat. With rising property costs and many churches around us closing their doors, we are faced with the very real fear of losing the space that has meant so much to us.
This church isn’t just a building. It’s where we find strength, joy, and connection. It’s where I found family.
