The Cause

Old Street Rugby are part of the RFU Injured Players Foundation Vets Day 2024 - playing at Twickenham Stadium on May 25 to grow awareness and raise money for the charity.

Everything will go to the RFU Injured Players Foundation to support and protect the rugby family - providing aid to any rugby player who sustains a life changing spinal cord or brain injury while playing the game. They also fund vital injury prevention research to keep everyone safer on the field. 

For reference, this is how your money will be spent:

• £40 a month pays for a gym membership to support a player’s rehab and recovery
• £200 funds a wheelchair service or repair
• £1,000 funds a PA for a month so that studying for a degree is possible
• £2,000 makes a garden accessible
