1. Entry is restricted to those over 18 and residents of Great Britain, except for employees of organicARTs, board members or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2. Each £5 donation will act as an entry into the prize draw. You can also purchase ticket bundles from our reward list.

a. All entries must be submitted via crowdfunder.co.uk or by sending a postcard/letter with your name, email address, postal address and contact number to: organicARTS, West Town Farm, Ide, Devon, EX2 9TG

b. There are no limits on number of entries per person.

3. organicARTS is the administrator of this prize draw.

4. The competition will open on 6 December and close on 21 December 2023 at 9am. Prizes will be drawn on 21 December at 10.00am. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the prize draw

5. Prize details include the following:

• Class farm trip for up to 30 children + return minibus transport from/to Exeter+ 2 hours nature-based activity of the school's choice, on our site at West Town Farm, date to be agreed by mutual availability (1 available).
• 2 hour clay tile workshop for 10 people at our pottery workshop at West Town Farm, date to be agreed by mutual availability (1 available)
• Outdoor clay experience day (6 hours) for 10 people at our site at West Town Farm including seasonal soup/bread lunch and mulled apple/cake. Date to be agreed by mutual availability (1 available)
• 2 x tickets to a making workshop of your choice (3 available) at our site at West Town Farm. We will provide a list of available workshops in February 2024 for you to choose from. Date to be agreed by mutual availability. We reserve the right to remove workshops from our calendar at any time.  
• 3 x handmade tems made by our makers group (5 available). These are all naturally made and range from clay tiles to hand made notebooks. Items will ideally be picked up from our site or can be posted by arrangement.

6. The winners will be randomly selected through a draw performed by a computer process on 21 December at 10am. The winners will be notified by email/telephone (using details provided at entry) and will have a chance to choose their prize (1st name that responds will have first choice). If a winner does not respond to us within 10 days of being notified by us, then their prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above

7. You must notify us of any changes to your contact details and we may require proof of your identity.

8. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw and/or the event if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable at any time (and for any reason) without notice

9. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the campaign where it becomes necessary to do so.

11. Insofar as is permitted by law, organicARTS will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected
