I want to bring a change and serve people delicious, healthy, fresh food, with less sugar, avoiding gluten. We are what we eat. All that sugar and carbs are killing our bodies slowly, making generations insulin resistant fat, and leading to so many diseases and nutrients deficiencies.
So many kitchens serving frozen food and other not great practices makes me dream more and more to open my own kitchen and serve great and healthy food to be proud of.
Opening a restaurant requires a lot of resources so I have decided to ma an extension in the back garden of my flat in Mitcham, London and turn it into a professional kitchen, selling food from home with my own quality brand. Dream big but start small. My goal is to educate people on how to eat healthy, and hopefully to improve and impact the food in schools.
