Open Your Eyes: Workplace Accessibility Training

Aim: We’re creating training to help organisations become truly accessible for people with sight loss and breaking down barriers together.

I’m partially sighted and passionate about making the world more accessible for people like me. With years of experience in the charity sector, I’ve seen firsthand how many organisations want to be inclusive but don’t know where to start. That’s why I founded Vision for Access CIC, which provides expert training and resources that help charities, businesses, and community groups remove barriers and become truly accessible for people with sight loss.

I envision a world where inaccessible workplaces or services do not hold anyone back. With a small, dedicated team, we’re developing practical, easy-to-follow training sessions and guides based on lived experience and best practices.

The funds raised will help us create these training programmes, deliver workshops, and produce resources that organisations can use repeatedly. Your support will help us reach more organisations, create real change, and open doors for people with sight loss.
