Online Zumba with Lisa Wood for Bude Foodbank

RAISING MONEY FOR BUDE FOOD BANK

Lisa will be teaching an online Facebook Live Zumba class from Elements Bude steaming Live into your home, on Saturday 28th November at 10am.

Please log onto Lisa Wood Fitness Bude Facebook Page if you would like to join in with the session. (please send a friend request with a little message if you are not Facebook friends)

Lisa will go Live at 10am, please write a little message in the comments so Lisa knows you are watching so she can wave & say Hi (don't worry she can't see you, you can only see her !!!)

Lisa will be teaching a low impact Zumba class suitable for all age groups.
