OIR FC : THE JOURNEY
OIR FC started as nothing more than a dream—a group of friends playing FIFA Pro Clubs, just having a laugh and enjoying the game together. But what began as virtual fun quickly turned into something much bigger. Inspired by our passion for football, we decided to take our love for the game into the real world. We formed a real-life football club, OIR FC, and entered the Middlesex League, determined to make something special from the ground up.
At the start, we had nothing but our love for the game. We wore plain white T-shirts as our kits, had no sponsors, no funding, and no external support. But we didn’t let that stop us. Through sheer dedication, hard work, and an unbreakable team spirit, we slowly built ourselves up. We designed our own logo, secured proper kits, and established ourselves as a real, competitive football club. Every step of our journey has been self-funded—no government grants, no big sponsors, just pure passion and sacrifice from the players, coaches, and supporters who believe in this club.
For the past five years, we’ve carried the weight of this dream on our shoulders, funding everything ourselves—from match day costs to equipment, training facilities, and travel expenses. It’s been an incredible journey, but now we’re reaching a point where self-funding is no longer sustainable. If we want to keep growing, competing, and taking OIR FC to the next level, we need your support.
