We are a children’s bereavement charity that provides emotional and practical support to bereaved children and families across Greater Manchester and beyond. Families are often left to grieve alone which can leave a devastating long-term impact. Supporting children as young as 2 years up to 18 years old, we offer a bespoke variety of support which is tailored and for as long as the children and family need our support. We provide one-on-one sessions, group activities, advice for parents/carers and professionals, and a safe space for children to navigate their emotions. All services are free and available for as long as needed.

WHERE WE ARE
Our bereavement support is delivered from our dedicated child-friendly centre - Sidley House. Based on the borders of Trafford and Salford but within the Manchester catchment area, we welcome and support hundreds of children each year from across the ten Greater Manchester Local Authorities and when appropriate far across the north of England. We have and will continue to support bereaved families with advice, guidance, and resources if they are unable to attend Sidley House.
We are a registered charity and do not receive any government funding. Any support you can provide will make a huge difference in supporting bereaved children at their time of need.
