We're still collecting donations
On the 29th August 2020 we'd raised £367 with 15 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 29th August 2020 we'd raised £367 with 15 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Pickering hockey club is a small local club in Ryedale. We have a ladies team and a thriving junior squad aging from 11 to 16.
The junior section needs a new goalkeeping kit as we haven't replaced it since setting up 5 years ago.
It will also enable us to have a spare so we don't need to kit share which we are unable to do due to covid-19 restrictions.
We have been lucky enough to secure some council funding but the kit cost £1250 and the council have given £750. Therefore leaving us a hole of £500.
£500 is a big chunk to take from the club account so between the members, parents and coaches we aim to bike/run/walk 500 miles to raise the additional £500!
We would have usually have had our annual quiz night at The Sun Inn and other fundraising since the end of the season but we have been unable to due to the situation.
Please help us out in any way you can, if we can raise more than the needed £500 we will donate the remainder to the fabulous NHS charities!
Thank you!
