About Us: Omega Integrated care is a social care provider being managed by experienced Health Care professionals and seasoned administrators. 

Our constraint and call for backers: Service users are living in their own homes within the communities. However, we have a big gap to fill, and it is to provide accommodation to young and vulnerable adults, along with care and support services. Hence the reason for appealing to people to kindly support and back this project, so that we can jointly make a difference by adding value to young and vulnerable individuals.

Our aim: This is to provide excellent person-centred care, focusing on an integrated approach to service delivery that will always ensure unique service users’ experience free from abuse, harm and without stereotype and prejudice.

Our approach: We  strictly adhere to main care principles, and pay full attention to empowerment of service users; protection of service users; prevention of abuse by proactively stop safeguarding concerns from developing; and proportionally utilising preventative measures or respond to a safeguarding issue in a most unobtrusive way possible.
