Planting around bike rack to soften appearance

We are a Charitable Incorporated Organistation (CIO) multi sports community sports club in Bromley Kent. We provide sports facilities for all in the Bromley area.
We have senior and junior football sections with nine and forty four teams respectively including girls and ladies football. We have a number of senior and junior cricket teams in the summer months. We also have a large tennis section providing senior and junior tennis and coaching for young people. We have a smaller squash club and Wilson's ladies netball team with a 'Back to Netball' section providing sport for ladies and, for example young Mothers, to get back into sport with all the health and welfare benefits that brings.
Due to a large number of members across all sports we have a high density of vehicular traffic, we have a vision to enable us to cut our carbon and climate footprint. We have already introduced energy efficient low voltage lighting in our clubhouse during a recent renovation and similarly installed energy efficient floodlight bulbs for our tennis courts and multi use games area (MUGA). In the past we installed energy efficient boilers and thermostats for our clubhouse radiator system. We have a water collection system from rain water.
We would like to encourage the use of cycles for all club members from young to old to further enhance our vision and this project will provide up to eighteen covered bicycle racks with an eco friendly roof.
We are having a fundraising ball to raise funds for this project on Saturday 3rd May 2025.
Tickets on sale via this Crowdfunder, £75 per person for six weeks from 12th February 2025. Please book single or pairs, Aviva will match funding up to ticket sales of £250 per transaction to provide extra funding to the OWA CIO Bike rack project.
