Northgate Community Hub

Northgate Pre School and Toddlers has been a part of the Tickhill community for more than 50 years, we currently run our toddlers and playgroup sessions at Tickhill Methodist and run a thriving Preschool at St Mary’s Primary School. 

Over recent years we have seen how local services and provision within Tickhill, and the surrounding areas, has been waning due to funding and support restrictions, and an added level of pressure to find suitable locations to host. What we are aiming to do is leverage our reputation within the community to scaffold a network of support services within a central location that will benefit all ages, not just the preschool children Northgate currently serves. 

We have already approached and had discussions with a range of services within Tickhill and the surrounding areas who would be very keen to work with us, however we’d also work closely with the Parish Council and the Tickhill Together group to help ensure the space could be utilised by as many groups as possible.
