We are a local charity here to help everyone. Staffed by a team of professional advisers and trained volunteers we can offer confidential, free, impartial advice to anyone who needs it. If life is difficult and you're not sure who to ask, we can probably help. We can provide advice about housing, employment, welfare benefits, debt, family issues and much more.

Citizens Advice North Lancashire is here to help everyone, free and in confidence, when they need advice. Our trained advisers can help with issues relating to benefits, debt, employment, housing, family issues and more. We provide both brief advice and in depth and ongoing case work, depending on what our clients need and we work over the phone, by email and in person both in our offices and out in the community.
We helped over 4000 people last year in Lancaster and Morecambe to solve the problems that they were facing. We help to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, prevent homelessness and make sure that people are getting help that they are entitled to. We fight discrimination and advocate for our clients, whoever they are.
