Aim: Our Aim - To create a new Cricket Facility to further enhance the development of the Men's, Juniors and women's teams.

Who are we?

We are North Kilworth Cricket Club, established 4 years ago by a group of keen cricketers eager to develop a sustainable cricket culture to enable youth and women's development teams grown from the local community. Having progressed through the lower divisions with our Men's, Juniors and women's teams we are now in a position to look at funding our own facility for our continued development as a club and a place where people of all ages can gather to enjoy the game.

Why are we crowdfunding?

North Kilworth cricket club has limited cricket facilities to support its players. The Men's, Women's and youth teams are in desperate need of their own cricket pavilion to provide welfare, safe storage and a place for the wider community to be able to support the teams during match days and also during training sessions.

We want to be able to provide access for all cricket in the community making sure our teams have a safe, clean and secure area for welfare and facilities during matches and training sessions.

How we’ll spend the money raised

The money raised will be used to fund the construction of the new cricket pavilion, toilets, showers, storage and communal area along with the provision of a club Clock and electronic scoreboard, all of which are requirements of the ECB as we develop and move up the leagues. Being able to provide this for both our own teams and those of visiting teams is essential.

Community impact

Having a facility for the club to operate out of will further enhance the clubs reputation within the local community and makes the sport more accessible and appealing to those who are disadvantaged or from more culturally diverse groups. Being open to all is part of our clubs vision and having the infrastructure to help support this is essential.
