Funding to move into new studio

Over the years I have produced thousands of pieces and recently expanded to include art. Working from home is not ideal so I planned to move into a studio. I saved 7k to expand my dreams. Unfortunately because of covid I had to use my savings to survive as I've not qualified for funding. 

I also teach others to paint and want to offer classes to inspire others again. 

The studio im moving into is within an old mill so the floorboards are stacked in decades of oil, I need new flooring, teaching equipment and time to decorate to showcase my work. The rent is very cheap but I still need to pay it during these uncertain months ahead 

Just over 2 years ago I had major surgery which meant over 8 months off work, that has made my profits too small to qualify for any help 

I'm not ready to give up just yet! Although I've had a little bit of work over the past 10 months it's about 20% of what it was
