My name is Samantha and I’m a  parent to two amazing children and a dedicated Independent Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting vulnerable children and families. I’ve seen firsthand how much pain separation, conflict, and trauma can cause—but also how powerful safe, supported contact and guidance can be in helping families heal and move forward. 

That’s why I’m launching Nexus Family Connect—a community-focused contact centre in Stafford that will provide safe, supervised contact, parenting support, and assessments for families in need. This service will support families involved in care proceedings, those working with social services, and others navigating incredibly difficult personal circumstances.

As a self-funded venture, I’m reaching out for your support. Your contribution—no matter how small—will help with essential costs like:

Refurbishing the centre to create a warm, welcoming environment

Purchasing toys, books, and furnishings for family rooms

Funding training and safeguarding resources for staff

Offering free or reduced-cost sessions for families in hardship

Nexus Family Connect will not only be a service—it will be a safe haven, a listening ear, and a step toward rebuilding relationships.
