We are BL Productions, an emerging musical theatre company dedicated to producing work with bold storytelling and unforgettable music. This summer, we are proud to present New York, New York at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival and we need your support to make it happen.

New York, New York is a quirky musical that follows Joe, a hopeful newcomer from Ohio, as he arrives in New York City and unexpectedly reconnects with Bonnie, a once promising actress now disillusioned with the city’s broken promises. Their journey is a poignant, funny and emotionally rich exploration of ambition, friendship and finding freedom in unexpected places.

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival is a vital launchpad for performers and creatives. It offers us a unique opportunity to present our production to audiences from across the UK and beyond, build our reputation as a company and take significant steps towards future touring or commercial development.

However, bringing a musical to the Fringe is a considerable financial undertaking. We are seeking to raise funds to help cover essential costs including:

– Venue hire

– Fringe Registration 

– Technical and production costs

– Marketing and promotional materials
