We aim to open a new community space in Teesside which will support people who are experiencing loneliness and mental health

Project by LilyAnne’s Wellbeing

Who are we?

LilyAnne's Wellbeing is a charity that is dedicated to helping and supporting vulnerable and excluded individuals who face ill mental health, loneliness & Homelessness.

Our mission is to engage, empower and support these individuals, while also protecting them from harm, abuse and exploitation.

We strive to reduce lide-limiting choices and behaviours and help those in need live happier, healthier lives.

We offer one-to-one support, peer support, and crisis support and we lead suicide prevention within Hartlepool.

Blue Light Programme - Shine a Blue Light

LilyAnne's Wellbeing merged with Cops Minds Charity and continues to provide the mental health support that our front-line police officers and police staff need.

We offer mental health support when it comes to feelings of anxiety and depression and offer officers a safe online space to talk to a qualified counsellor or to meet us in person.

Counselling and support for our community

we want to provide private spaces for our community to feel comfortable and relaxed within a confidential space with support workers and trained counsellors on hand to help and support people on the edge and needing support or help access professional support locally.  While continue to develop our suicide prevention scheme which provides a drop-in for those feeling on edge and not in control of their actions or emotions. Providing extended hours to ensure support is available when the community needs it. especially for those struggling with their mental health while at work.

Night Wellbeing Walks

Carrying out regular well-being walks within areas of the community where people may face a mental health crisis or may wish to talk to us about how to access support for themselves or a friend when it comes to accessing support. offering community-led support ensuring we go to the community to ensure they are aware of the support available. While having fully trained and skilled mental health first aiders and counsellors on hand to support.

Community Impact

The community space will be a place for people to be able to come and meet their neighbours while being able to offer and receive support. It is the intention to host various support groups and activities working side by side with other support agencies and provide space for them to meet with the public and those requiring their support.

Why are we crowdfunding

We have identified a new location that we'd love to develop, we need to raise a £6,000 deposit and £44,000 costs to refurbish the community space, we know it's needed.
