Aim: Empowering neurodiverse families through lived experience, advocacy, and practical support—by someone who truly gets it.

I’m a neurodivergent woman with combined ADHD and a mum of two amazing daughters—one recently diagnosed with autism. Like many families, we were left overwhelmed after diagnosis, with little practical support or understanding. That’s why I created NeuroRelate—a not-for-profit built on lived experience, not textbooks. We offer real-world help: mentorship, advocacy, household strategies, and inclusive community spaces. This isn’t theory—it’s what I wish we’d had. With your support, we can empower other families to feel seen, supported, and never alone on their journey.
