We are a relatively new charity that supports Neurodivergent (ND) (Autistic/PDA/ADHD/DCD) teens and young adults who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

This demographic has one of the highest suicide rates and this is because they are frequently let down by services, education, and society in general.  Through this, they are left feeling misunderstood, isolated, helpless, and with a sense of helplessness that leads them to self-harm and suicide ideation.

We run a weekly club (in Southend on Sea, Essex, but if you are able to reach us, you are welcome to join us) where members can meet up, take part in activities (both inside a venue and outside; such as indoor rock climbing, going to the beach, etc.), make friends, and speak with ND adults with lived experience of mental health difficulties.

The impact of the club has been better than we could've hoped.  Feedback from members has been incredibly positive and has shown how badly needed our club and charity is to ND teens and young adults.

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get funding, and we are desperately trying to fundraise enough money to be able to rent our own venue so that we can help more ND teens and young adults, be able to offer free counselling to members, be able to open more clubs, and to open our training centre.

In order to rent a property that is big enough to achieve all of this, we need to raise £25,000 a year.

Please help us to reach this target; these teens and young adults need somewhere to call their own, where they feel safe enough to be themselves, and to heal from trauma and poor mental health.
