Our project, "Nature and Natter Wellbeing Walks," aims to create accessible walks in nature that create connection, mental health, and appreciation for wildlife. We believe that spending time in nature can significantly improve mental and physical wellbeing. Our walks are designed to be inclusive, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, can participate and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Supporting this project will enable participants to attend our sessions with or without support, we can provide a mobility equipment or transport if needed. They will be escorted by a first aid trained group leader who knows the local area. This is a great way to connect with others, share experiences, and build a supportive community. The serene environment of nature reserves provides the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations and personal reflection. Additionally, our walks offer opportunities to observe and appreciate local wildlife, promoting a deeper understanding and respect for the natural world.
Support our project and help us create a community that values nature, connection, and wellbeing
