Natural alternative energy

I have been researching forms of natural energy for many years, my project is unique and would supply clean energy for the home, transport and industry at a fraction of the cost much needed in these days of ever increasing fuel bills,and it can also be used as an onboard EV charger,no more need to stop to reacharge your batteries as this unit would keep your batteries topped up and would constantly be charging your car batteries to give you unlimited mileage,I am looking for money to build a prototype and set up an assembly unit.
