We offer innovative programmes to support disadvantaged families in London. We are currently delivering a domestic violence perpetrator programme, a dating violence programme for 11-18year old girls, and a BME youth employment programme for 14 -18 year olds. Programmes offer mentoring, personal development training, peer motivators, counselling, job coaching and business startup support.

My Family Organisation was set up in 2017 by 5 trustees, all of which are lived experienced trustees. Our board is 100% BME led, 80% women led and 40 % young led. We are a small innovative charity that work with disadvantaged families and young people. We offer training, guidance and support.
We have been running our domestic violence perpetrator programme for the past 4 years in Enfield and Barking and Dagenham. We have support 60 families through this project.
We can work is our youth employment project that supports Black youths (primarily but not exclusively) aged 14 to 25 in Dagenham, who are at risk of/ or are involving in criminal and antisocial behaviour, to find a 'saturday' job. Through this project we have supported over 120 young people to find a job placement and/or start their microenterprise.
We also have been running our dating violence programme in Newham, Barking and Dagenham, that supports girls aged 11-18 who are or are at risk of dating violence and abuse.
As well as our intervention programmes, we also offer re-establishment programmes that support women and girls to take the next step to rebuilding their lives.
