My Mito Mission Feb/Mar '23 Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. Anyone can enter age 18+ residents of the UK. Trustees and staff of the charity are excluded from entering, but volunteers, family, friends of the charity and its missions are all welcome to participate. 

2. Unlimited entry via Crowdfunder at £5 per entry, or via a free postal entry, limited to one named person per stamped entry (standard postage cost to entrant applies). Post on a postcard or letter to My Mito Mission, c/o KT Hydraulics Ltd, Gannex Mills, Gannex Park, Dewsbury Road, Elland, HX5 9AF. My Mito Mission can not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries.

3. The promoter of the competition is: My Mito Mission.

4. The prize draw opens Wednesday 22nd February and closes Wednesday 22nd March.

5. The prize consists of:

• One lucky winner with their +1 will be invited to enjoy a private guided tour of Historic Haugh End House and gardens in Halifax* (the property is private and not open to the public)
• Sip Madeira and enjoy tea and cakes in the drawing room where Anne Lister herself spent many days and nights in 19th century. Walk into a bedroom where Anne Lister spent the night with Marianna Lawton. Soak up the history whilst enjoying a stroll around the beautifully landscaped gardens
• The lucky winners can have their photos taken outside the famous old blue doors and see the rooms where Gentleman Jack was filmed (it was the Priestley’s house in GJ)
• This Grade II Star Listed house was, historically, owned by the Priestley and Rawson families
• Every penny raised in the draw is going to My Mito Mission

*Approx. 3 miles from Halifax train station. 1 mile from Sowerby Bridge train Station

6. One winner will be selected on a Facebook live draw using the online random generator Wheel of Names. The winner will be contacted by email. If we do not hear back from the winner in one week we will draw another winner.

7. By entering with your name, you agree to appear on our live Facebook draw Wheel of Names, and should you win, announced as the winner in our publicity.

8. All those who opt in to receive updates, will receive an email announcing the winner.

9.  Where the prize is a physical item, our aim is always arrange personal delivery or collection where possible. When not possible the prize will be despatched within 3 working days of contact with the winner.

10. There is no cash alternative available.
