Now in our 10th year of operation, we at Music at Stow are delighted to be 'bringing big names to a small town', the historic Stow-on-the-Wold. Providing a rich and varied musical experience to local people of all ages, we also welcome visitors for all over the world. We stage our concerts in the historic 12th century church of St Edward's and in the characterful town hall, close by in the centre of the picturesque market square. With the cities of Cheltenham & Oxford nearby, access by road & rail is easy.
Apart from enjoying our concerts, you can help us bring great music to Stow at more affordable prices by becoming a supporter. But you can also support our educational work with local schools. Last year, we successfully brought our President, world-renowned classical guitarist Craig Ogden, into our local primary school, where he helped a crowd of entranced boys and girls to understand something of his art. This year we hope to expand our educational work, by introducing 'Britain's favourite clarinettist', Emma Johnson, to local children through her innovative 'Instrument Stories' programme. You can help make this a reality!
