Multiple apartments block of flats/nursing home

I’ve got plot of land that had plans for nice house it’s now expired, hoping for better plains for a nesting home or  Block of apartments, I do not have a team I don’t even have family support I was working hard with a small business that was £4000+ a month about 50k  year I’ve now lost this business and I’ve not managed to get out of my struggle I broke my back 4 years ago I’ve made full recovery my mental health is crazy, not a good reader or writer I’ve got lots to offer,  Financially  Not in a good place I’m 55k debt I’m not blacklisted all my credits no my situation, they know I’m trying hard, I’m not getting anywhere my father has past away 2 years ago my brothers and sister is fighting over our fathers £300.000 properties I’ve walked away from them, my mother past away 13 years ago my grandfather past 22 years ago I’ve no, my grandparents had full custody 1979 was very difficult school was even  tough,  only in 2000 when I was in my 20s I worked towards a future but my grandfather past that took it out of me it’s been a struggle  Especially with no written writing skills, just knew how to graft, even though I still failed I managed to win the plot land in auction seven years ago, and one thing after another fail hopefully with the right mentor can help others thank you
