Moving on from the Pandemic

An Enormous Thank You to everyone who helped us to raise a spectacular  £5156.  You are Superstars!!!! We were originally hoping to raise £2000 and this has been more than doubled.  We are a small community based charity and so this amount means such a lot to us.  After two years of limited face to face counselling (It was moved to telephone and Zoom counselling) we are now all back at our centre and couldn't be happier.  The funds that you have helped to raise will support  young people who have asked for counselling and who are often facing very long waiting lists and financial constraints.   As a trained counsellor I have seen the sad increase in people seeking support as well as more serious issues and worrying coping methods (eating disorder/self-injury, suicidal ideation) and with the funds that have been raised we will be able to provide more free counselling to those who will really benefit from it.
