Moving home and having a family

After living out of my country for 6 years now, I am in the age when I would like to start a family, have children, but for that I would like to move home as my whole family is there, also I am struggling with the finances here as I need to pay for rent, not just for my bills and other expenses. I am after some help to move home and there extend our house, as currently we don't have space for children. Our house in Hungary is small and in bad condition, so we need to act before thinking about having family, however I don't have too much time as I am 31 years old.
