We're still collecting donations

On the 1st March 2021 we'd raised £2,370 with 46 supporters in 14 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The global COVID-19 pandemic has created a very uncertain landscape for millions of British small businesses, which is going to make it very challenging for businesses to survive. Together we can help them.
After creating our dream of a small cosy community Tap House serving the best ale available in the UK in the best condition and winning CAMRA Pub of The Year in our first year we were achieving all we had set out to achieve. Thencame the global pandemic which shut all hospitality down. We have sat down and planned a new direction for our small building, we have applied for and got planning for a small commercial kitchen as well as a nano brewery and gin compounding operation in our old living accommodation upstairs.
We now need to add to our equipment to bring these plans to fruition, these include, mini keg filler, labelling machine for the brewery and compounding operation, in addition to this we need a small commercial smoker for the kitchen.
This operation would ideally be powered by solar power to reduce any impact on the environment by these operations.
A mural on our external wall depicting the history of brewing in Ross would be a perfect addition to the building to show how important this industry was in the towns past.
