I am so passionate about quality food and providing an experience which people can not just enjoy, but recall memories from their childhood with old-school style puddings as well as pretty vintage themed afternoon teas.

I want to restore a beautiful vintage horsebox into a catering trailer and attend events.

I also aim to employ people from the surrounding areas who have been released from prison or have criminal convictions. To enable them to work and support themselves. Not only financially benefitting them but also empowering !
