Creating welding/ training jobs in my local area

I hope to raise enough money to rent a premises and start a company and provide jobs for people producing quality products for all sorts of sectors including farming/industrial/motorsport or general one off and also looking into mig welder training for younger people looking at getting into the sector but I need help financially. I have so many ideas for products and many contacts in large companies based in England which I would hope to use to gain contracts for work. All I need is financial backing to find and rent the premises and tools to start up. Having a young family and trying to do this at the same time is very difficult for me so any help is hugely appreciated.
