Not updated you all for a while, been under the weather! Two short riders done over the weekend, 30 miles to Newmarket on Saturday and 32 miles to Wetherden for breakfast!! will do 30 miles tonight as well!

Thanks to Margaret Mortimer for her kind donation. Cycled 30 miles on Saturday which can only be described as bracing!!

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me as i have a friend who has Arthritis so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Arthritis Action. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
