Acknowledging and helping the homeless, rejected and neglected find them selves. Raising funds for ongoing initiatives around this.

I'm not a guru, a doctor or a human with all the answers. I'm a survivor of trauma, grief depression, addiction, mania and suicide. The kind of darkness that convinces you there is no way out.

I have stood at the edge (including literally) many times and lived to tell the tale. Not just to tell it per se, but to use it to help others, to connect and reassure people that even in the most hellish moments, there can be a way forward.

This is an initiative, present on a range of platforms, and as the founder of Mental Wealth, a series of to be published episodes and thought pieces that explore deeply the realities of mental health, addiction and personal struggles of many humans. I aim to bring raw honesty and lived experience.

Not sugar coating or bragging about epic benders, just real conversations about the battles many face in silence.

Mental Wealth is about more than just survival. It's about learning to live again. It's about the tools, the truths and the seemingly impossible lessons that help people rebuild when everything seems lost.

Watch this space..... please.

Following a life blessed and cursed in equal measure, I spend  most of my time helping others these days. Many cant do this but what some people are able to offer is mind blowing, seriously. They turn cold nights into full hearts and tummmies, they provide one warm mean and a safe warm space. No one should be invisible and should have the right to believe in themselves and getting back into society. Hope isnt a luxury, small acts make a big difference. By giving or sacrificing a little you change a hell of a lot, eg one less coffee = one more blanket, £5 is worth soup and self worth. This doesn't have to be charity, more community.

I know what its like to be rejected and forgotten. Its brutal.

We dont need to fix everything right now, just something and someone of the almost 300k homeless people in the UK.

Wealth isnt about money anymore, it's about being rich in the currencies that matter, health, compassion, kindness, empathy, giving to and helping others, and contentment.

Anything you can do is wildly appreciated by those in need. A new platform will launch soon but for now read specifically the updates for latest news.
