Mental Health Innovations exists to transform lives by improving access to helpful digital resources for mental ill health in the UK. Our key service is Shout 85258, a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging mental health support service for anyone who is struggling to cope. We've helped over 400,000 children, young people, and adults who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and who need immediate support, through more than one million conversations.

The difference you make
The funds that you raise will go towards providing discreet and confidential help for anyone who needs immediate support with their mental health. Every £10 can help someone in distress to access an hour of mental health support and £250 can train a volunteer to take life-saving conversations with people needing immediate support.
One million conversations
Since we launched in 2019, we have been contacted over 1 million times, and helped over 400,000 people. children, young people and adults with suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, problems with relationships, abuse, bullying, self-harm, and other mental health issues. Demand for Shout is still growing. We're very grateful for every donation to help us support more people in urgent need of mental health support.
