Terms & Conditions

• Entrants must use their legal name 
• Entrants to the prize draw must be 18 years of age and over and resident of United Kingdom.
• The prize draw can only be entered by purchasing a ticket via the Crowdfunder page. 
• 1 x £3 ticket allows one entry 
• 1 x £5 ticket allows two entries 
• 1 x £10  ticket allows five entries 
• 1 x £20 ticket allows ten entries
• 1 x £50 tickets allows sixty entries
• 1 x £100 tickets allows one hundred and fifty entries.

You can purchase multiple tickets without limit.

You can enter the prize draw for free by post to the registered address. 

For postal entries - name, address and email on a postcard 

One free postal entry per person. 

No one related to the ownership of the prize draw business' can participate.

Prize draw closes 5th April and winner will be announced 7 days after closing on social media. 

Winner will be contacted within 14 days of closing by email. 

Paws for Peaceful Minds Mental Health Assistance Dogs Limited. reserves the right to replace any part of a stated prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. There is no monetary exchange for the prize draw or any element of it. 

All activities and associated prizes are subject to availability.

The prize cannot be exchanged or sold 

The prize winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date and the prize winner notified within 14 days of the close.  

Personal details will be held in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR guidelines and where consented will be added to the mailing list. 

Individual prize suppliers have their own T's and C's relating to their prize donation. 

We shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a prize winner in relation to their prize.

All stated prize values are at the recommended retail price in pound sterling and are, to the best of our knowledge and belief, correct at the time of printing. We take no responsibility for any fluctuations in prize values.

We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

We make no representation or warranty in relation to any of the prizes provided and we accept no responsibility for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, or accepting or using any part of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limiter to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Disclaimers and Amendments

The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.

Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
