Get Menopause Isle of Wight to the next level.

Aim: Menopause Isle of Wight needs to shine the light beyond social media and reach more Menopauser’s so they know they are not alone!!
So when I started this I had no plan and no funding, I certainly did not expect the response it has had. I just knew, I needed what I was doing to exist and that was my starting point, what would I want to find as a menopausal struggling?
And so it started?..
It has grown, with MY until now unfunded efforts, into a global peer support network, however its limited to social media with over 42K + followers & friends across Facebook & Instagram, which is amazing and humbling, however I am fully aware, that not all menopausal’s use or even like social media!?
Its now time to have a place online that is accessible to more menopausal’s and will let them know they are not alone!!
And what could be a stronger and more powerful way to make that happen, than menopausal’s themselves making that happen! (After a few telling me that this is what and how they want it, I can’t disagree!)
Peer support at its strongest - making it happen to support each other!
I’ve started this as an experiment really, to see if this is even possible so once the price for a website is a known and everything related to advertise that it exists etc then the target will be adjusted!?
If this happens, this website will be firstly a connecting place for all menopausal’s with links and ideas for anyone wanting to thrive and not just survive. Then more locally a central spot for island events and information related directly here for island menopausal’s. Eventually with a website etc this will become an established thing always as a not for profit and totally through the eyes of a menopausal discovering that - menopause can indeed become your superpower.
