I had acid reflux as had drank too much liquid, it came back over my diaphram into my left lung an inch from spinal cord. I have felt things fall down after eating a pack of doritos against a headboard with a cup of tea Jan 2023, upon moving forward I felt it fall down my back through hole & was in extreme pain walking. Advised to call 999 & ambulance refered me to hospital 🏥 but they sent me away without investigation. (Subject access request can prove this)
I had 2 x gastroscopies @ my local hospital in 2023, unsuccessful & no follow up. I mentioned this to my Dr as something else should of being investigated & was told I'd get help 21 months on. Not what was promised, nor nhs.scot protocol. I fear even if I used my hospital that it wouldn't disclose it as they apparently committed clinical medical negligence by no further follow up! Im trying to persue legally but am really ill. The problem is that the local health authority are associated with this but yet they wont help to prove or disprove this by an appropriate scan or test? I have a solicitor talking to me about a case but I've got to follow the nhs complaints route first.
There is nothing else that could cause this injury but 2 x tablets that reacted with each other, INCORRECT DOSAGE, but when crouched forward/standing/sitting up its not that bad. I laid down after taking them and no food was offered or advised....?
When I'm laid down it goes right down my left side and is affecting my abdomen area & more, very painful.
I fear this has caused a cancer that I can't get investigated for after asking? I'm so tired all the time, weak and am struggling through each day with little help. It's affecting my whole being. Trying hard not to give up.
I might have to get operated on maybe back in my home town down south as the nhs Dr's I have up here & the hospital have proved incorrect protocol by not investigating correctly. Also, after advice on how to proceed legally, findings might enable legal proceedings that might be able to refund some back to this scheme, very happy to do so.
It's a very sad situation as I don't feel I should be left to suffer or die/lose a limb/kidney possibly due to this. I have hardly any support network or family that are able to help.
On benefits, struggling.
Would like a payout for a private operation with NO NHS INVOLVEMENT!
I am in constant pain in my stomach, left lung diaphragm area & at times its so painful it's disabling, food & liquid falling down to around the left kidney area + below, liquid moving around intestines abnormally. Must of caused cancer, believe terminal.
I'll struggle to record a short video because i dont use them platforms, but I will try.
If proven I can hopefully hold the local health authority accountable and repay any excess funds back to this after expenses at a hospital if I survive. Not fussed about owning my own home, sole purpose is to hold all accountable responsible.
I would like to bring this into the public domain within the UK 🇬🇧 & sovereign associated states for fundraising purposes.
If not only for residents within the local area to illustrate what could potentially happen to their children, their loved ones OR THEMSELVES!
No organisation affiliation but might seek advise on how to get affiliated, only want funds to prove this long term injury as from photo it can be seen that I'm unwell but they won't investigate cancer, believed by myself to be terminal as so weak & frail.
I don't know how this works but I once raised £680 for the alzhiemers society in January 2006 by doing a parachute jump when I was younger and fitter.
I drove a class 2 lorry around the UK 🇬🇧 for 4 years, always worked since 1996, diagnosed with bi-polar in 2012 in England but stripped of that in 2022 by nhs.scot.
Can any proffesional/s give time advise or guidance on the best way forward please?
Any private medical professional willing to help me in order to get treatment anywhere around the Globe (English speaking area) would be welcome to prove internal injury not for monetary gain.
