We did it
On 21st August 2024 we successfully raised £3,700 with 50 supporters in 56 days
To raise funds to continue working with 5 foodbanks/homelessness services over 3 council areas providing meals for their service users.

For the last 2.5 years we have been providing voluntary public funded meals to foodbanks/homelessness services and are approaching 6000 meals. I have included some figures to give an insight for transparency for those interested
End of 2023 we raised £2334 and since then have made 2525 meals at a cost of £1369 meaning that all drinks, snacks, packaging and hot meals average out £1.84 per portion. With current funding we can achieve around another 500 or so meals taking us passed 6000 which is so far beyond anything ever expected when we first started this, thank you so much for all the support, it is amazing!!
We are planning to hand out 50 meals in the city centre on August 20th (tbc) and also sleep out in the city centre from 7pm-6am to raise money to continue with the project.
Any funds raised will be used to continue making meals as always and are hugely appreciated.
