Duke Fitness C.I.C is breaking down barriers to make health and fitness accessible to the local community, targeting post natal woman/child.

Duke Fitness C.I.C is a community interest company, breaking down barriers to make health and fitness more accessible to the local community.

We have had a lot of success with previous programmes such a baby and me. This is a programme for post natal woman and their babies. This programme is for any woman in the local area and their little ones (baby must be under 9 month for safety reasons)

Due to having such a success from the baby and me programme and using all the feedback that we have received from woman of the community, we would now like to create a follow on programme allowing woman to continue hitting their goals. I would like this programme to be for woman who have babies past 9 months up to the age of 10.

I would like to transform the gym into a safer environment for children, creating a children’s area where they can socialise, play and learn whilst mam is exercising. I would like to deliver FREE training sessions twice per week for a 6 month period, giving everyone the opportunity to build some healthy habits through training and nutrition.
