Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. 

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on Sunday 2nd February 2025 and closes on Sunday 16th February 2025 at 12pm. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is a custom hand embroidered jumper from Are You Thready For This and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There is 1 prize available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using randomised software
• The draw will take place on Sunday 16th February 2025, and the winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by sharing the competition to Instagram stories. Please make sure you are following and tag @_are_you_thready_for_this_ in the story. 

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
