The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is an international agency to help refugees and such - some of the worst sufferers of man's inhumanity to man.
There are about seventy million of them worldwide. 200,000 or so are in the UK. Their problems range from severe malnutrition and frostbite to not understanding Pritti Patel's forms.
