Making Masks for the NHS

Aim: We're trying to raise funds to manufacture and produce PPE masks in the UK then sell to the NHS at 50% the price they're currently buying at
Due to manufacturing happening in the UK we will provide same day to next day delivery service to the NHS.
What we need from you is for you to help us help our hero’s. #makemasksforNHS
Currently 1 machine can make an estimate of 50,000 masks per day, although the NHS Trust use an average of 3.5 million masks a day! We are asking to raise money to provide an extra 5 surgical mask making machines to allow us to adhere to the high demand of masks our healthcare workers need. With these 5 machines we’ll be capable of making 250,000 masks per day for the NHS. These masks will be Certified Quality in the UK, preventing any issues involving low standard of mask quality seen by foreign manufacturers and suppliers.
We have already purchased 1 surgical mask making machine and we are in contact with the NHS to manufacture to the high specification they require to meet the correct EN Standards for medical use. As much of the products coming abroad does not conform to the standards they need. I have researched a lot into all aspects surrounding the manufacturing process and materials for the task at hand.
There are currently many issues with regards to current PPE used by the NHS which is being imported from outside of the UK, such as quality, fake materials and false certification etc. During this pandemic it is almost impossible to get products out of China due to the Chinese authorities blocking the exportation of PPE.
