Mental Health is topic I am passionate in discussing and spreading awareness on. Until Men are more comfortable to talk about their thoughts and feelings and the stigma is completely gone, I shall continue to share knowledge, awareness and my experiences.
If you want more info on my thoughts and experiences on mental health check out my blog; https://www.makereadymindset.com/post/what-is-mental-health-and-why-is-it-so-important-to-talk-about
Running has been a huge source of relief and therapy for me since we have been locked down this year. I know without it I would have struggled to keep my Mental Health in a good space.
Therefore I have set an ambitious goal to test myself and keep me positive and moving forward. I will be running two marathons in July. One on Saturday 25th and one on Sunday 26th July. It's going to be a tough on body and mind but all for a good cause.
I'm raising in aid of CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably who are fighting the stigma on Mental Health and aiming to reduce suicide rates. . Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
Thank you.
