Loyalty a matter of family short film

I am a 21 year old creative individual born in the UK with dreams of one day seeing my work brought to life. The short film idea that I am trying to raise money for is the result of 4 years of careful planning and work. The purpose of this project is to create an impactful hard hitting yet fresh take on the intricacies of gang violence and crime as a whole in the UK with this first loyalty short me and my team intend to not only craft a brilliant cinematic experience but also debunk the pre-conceptions about what draws a person into a life of crime. By doing this we hope to turn some if not all of the vulnerable younger generation away from the lifestyle that is glorified and romanticized  by so many other movies music videos and TV shows by creating a dramatization of the raw truth of situations that some people go through and experience on the day to day. we intend to shy away from nothing and deliver the full truth.

From a story standpoint we will use the money raised to help fund not only this project but several others after it.  These projects will  be a set of unique but interconnected stories of the same genre linked in small but very meaningful ways with the final one of these bringing every character event and consequence together for a final brutal and shocking conclusion. We will also use it to recruit  the best camera crew sound engineers and producers as well as reaching out to local talent who want a chance to break into the industry.

In this way I know that Loyalty will have greatest possible impact on all involved.
