The Low Traffic Barnsbury & St Mary's group is fundraising to sponsor trees for Islington Forest for Change. This fundraiser will support the project by Islington Clean Air Parents to bring 200 trees from the Forest for Change at Somerset House.
We will dedicate the trees to Low Traffic Barnsbury & St Mary's and all the fantastic work being done in our community. We hope they can be planted in our local community to provide shade from the sun, address air pollution and reduce the heating and flooding effects of climate change.
These trees are an investment in our borough to benefit all residents. To help make it a greener, healthier and a more attractive place for all residents to live.
