Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by email. See the prize draw page for the free entry email address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on 05/02/2025 at 0800 and closes on 30/03/25 at 2300. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prizes are 2x day sail from either Ipswich or Lowestoft and 1x Easter Weekend overnight sail from Ipswich, and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There are 3 prizes available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using the random number generator: https://www.gigacalculator.com/calculators/random-number-generator.php
• The draw will take place on 01/04/2025, and the winner(s) will be notified within 5 days of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must claim their prize by responding to the email within 7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 10 days of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by email, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by email, entrants must email [email protected] with the subject Lost Without You.
• Entries must be sent via email and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Only one entry is permitted per email. Multiple entries from a single email address will be disqualified.
• Free email entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
