Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Make Tiny Changes Month Prize Draw. 1.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over. 2.2 Employees of Tiny Changes are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 The Prize Draw will run from Sunday 2 June 2024 to Monday 24 June 2024. 3.2 All entries must be received by Monday 24 June 2024 to be eligible for the Prize Draw. 3.3 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must purchase at least one ticket via Tiny Changes Crowdfunder page.

4. Prizes

4.1 The prizes are as detailed on crowdfunder.co.uk/MTCM2024. 4.2 The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. 4.3 Tiny Changes reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Monday 24 June 2024. 5.2 The winners will be notified by email within 1 day of the draw date. 5.3 If a winner does not respond to Tiny Changes within 3 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tiny Changes will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Claiming the Prize

6.1 The prize will be sent to the winner by post (where applicable) within 7 days of being notified of their win. 6.2 Tiny Changes will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 3 days of notification, Tiny Changes reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries received before the closing date.

7. Data Protection and Publicity

7.1 Tiny Changes is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 7.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Tiny Changes to administer the Prize Draw. 7.3 The winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

8. General

8.1 Tiny Changes reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 8.2 Tiny Changes shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. 8.3 The Prize Draw and these Terms will be governed by UK law, and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
