Hi, I’m Dan!
I have lived in the area for around 10 years, and now is the time to open my own my own business. I live in Sydenham with my wife and two daughters.
I have 25 years experience in the drinks and hospitality business, consulting for business large and small. I even have my own published cocktail book!
I want to open this business for many reasons, but part of it is finding ways to help the community. Whether that’s having monthly wellbeing programs, collaborating and supporting local businesses, or helping people improve their network of friends and clients. I also want I find a local charity to partner with, to help fundraise and give back.
All the money raised will go towards taking over an existing business on Kirkdale, and turning into a comfortable, modern space that helps elevate the area.

By night, a local cocktail bar celebrating local products, food and music. A space for emerging artists, food vendors and musicians to showcase their work. A small menu of expertly crafted cocktails. Guinness. Small selection of wine and beer. A focus on functional drinks and Low/no cocktails.
We will also have an event space downstairs, that can host supper clubs, parties, wellness and creative programs - even your local game night!
We have the location confirmed on Kirkdale, and are aiming to open in the next couple of months. Now besides help with funding, we also need help coming up with a name! Anyone that helps with a name that ends up being used will win either an evening of cocktails for 2, or 3 months free Co-Working!
