I'm Luke, and for 8 years, I've had the privilege of coaching footballers and helping them reach their full potential. My new coaching company, LKPD Coaching, is built on the belief that every footballer deserves the best possible tools and guidance to succeed, both on and off the pitch. Our slogan, "Putting Technique First," encapsulates our core philosophy: meticulous attention to fundamental skills as the bedrock of elite performance. • Tablets for Enhanced Awareness: This is a true game-changer! We want to strategically place tablets on the sidelines during sessions. These screens will display a dynamic sequence of different numbers and colors. Players will need to constantly scan the pitch, keep their heads up, and shout out what they see on the tablets as they play. This innovative method will drastically improve their situational awareness and decision-making on the fly, a crucial skill in modern football. It's about giving them an instant feedback loop that accelerates their learning and reinforces our "Putting Technique First" approach
• Portable Training Aids: We'll invest in specialized training aids to simulate game-day pressure, helping players refine their technique under realistic match conditions.

This isn't just about shiny new gadgets; it's about investing in the development of our footballers. This equipment will allow us to:
